My only complaint was that they sold us an almost new car with only a half tank of gas (not Alicia's fault). When I complained that we spent almost $18k on a car, and traded in a car with a full tank of gas, they filled it up. I'm glad we got her because the place was really big, and it could've been very impersonal service. More

I went to Valley Honda after work and Jonathan Olivares ended up being the employee to assist me. I was pretty sure I wanted an accord based on reviews from friends and family members that had owned that model previously and from online specifications I had read. After telling me a little bit about the extra features of each Accord configuration I was unsure which I wanted to go with. Jonathan was very accommodating to requested to test drive each different configuration. However, this took some time and it was nearly 9 PM when we were ready to get started on the paper work. I explained to Jonathan that I wake up for work about 4:30AM and would really appreciate it if we can finish the process tomorrow. Without any sort of push-back he agreed and I came back the next day during lunch to pick up the new car. The paperwork with the business manager was very quick and painless and in about 30 minutes I went to the garage to check out the car. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all of the cool features that come with the car. He also took some time and helped me sync my Iphone and import all of my contact numbers. Bill is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, funny, and speedy. I don't like salespeople in general, especially on cars, but Bill treats you as a friend or family. He's honest and a straight shooter.... not pushy. I would refer all my friends to him. I bought a new Honda Accord and shopped around on the internet. Since it was a new car, I emailed and called over 10 dealers around the Chicago area, Wisconsin, and central Illinois. Valley Honda had the best price by far. We are in Glenview so we wanted to make it worth the trip. I tried to get local dealers to price match their written quote, but they said "there's no way Valley Honda can give you that price" Well they did and I was in and out in about 1 hour with a new car, new plates, everything. Initially I was contacted by Brittany at the dealership and she helped put me into a price range by evaluating my financing capacity. After reviewing the website and bouncing some ideas off of Brittany I decided to head to the dealership and test drive some of the options. Upon arrival you are greeted by an array of nicely dressed employees that immediately offer you a drink. Once I asked for Brittany I was informed that she was busy with a customer and instead Roy Gomez was going to be assisting me. Once my father and I met with Roy to begin our test drives we soon noticed that Roy's quiet and non pushy demeanor was going to make for a enjoyable experience. Roy was able to answer any questions we had, and also did a great job explaining the dealership, the warranty, service procedures and any other thing we asked about. I would recommend Roy to anyone looking to purchase a Honda, or any other car at the Valley Honda Lot.
