This dealership has always provided outstanding customer service and they lived up to that reputation in my most recent car purchase experience as well. I bought a certified, used Honda for my daughter and Alan Marcial and Kurt Gonzalez who handled my final purchase as well as Jim Hanahan whom I'd initially met with made the whole experience a very pleasant and pleasurable one. There was no pressure at all, the features and options on the various vehicles were clearly described, very friendly atmosphere and the hot chocolate was great! Price negotiation was handled in a very courteous and professional manner as well. All in all, a great experience - highly recommend this dealership! More

To further prove my loyalty, I went back in March 2014 and bought a 2014 Honda Civic this time. Our son is only 8 years old otherwise I would have gotten him a Honda as well, again from Valley Honda using the same sales team. Their follow-up, not-pushing and courtesy was unimaginable. I never thought that I will write some flattering words for a professional in automobile industry. But these folks are not the regular sales person, they are Customer Care Personnel. You really feel that you are being looked after and not being cheated. At the end we as a consumer have to understand that this is business and every business has to make profit to stay alive. After certain point it's impossible to lower the price any more and only then you can see the real 'CARE' from a sales person. I tested them and they are rock solid. Kyle Welton was the best car buying motivator I have dealt with. I didn't call him a salesman because he let the car sell itself. Nick is the BEST!! He is so friendly and always remembers my name and my daughter's. He brought around 3 cars for me to look at until we found the one I wanted. If that doesn't indicate a consistently great experience, what could? Eileen Davis was our sales consultant, and she was terrific. Car shopping with an infant and three year old can be chaotic, and Eileen was very patient with us. She took the time to help us find the exact car we wanted and without any of the stereotypical sales tactics. It was a great experience and consistent with the previous three transactions, which is why we will keep coming back. Brian Bishop also helped with our delivery, and he's just as solid as Eileen. Patient, straightforward, and likable. Then there's Kurt Gonzalez. For us, he is as close to 'having family in the business' as we'll get. We trust that we will get a fair deal (and we always comparison shop for confirmation) on a terrific product with a great service dept. (like Jay Lepore!) to round out the full ownership experience. We're happy to recommend our friends and family--and now you--to Valley Honda.
