I got my very first brand new car from Valley Honda back in 2010 and fell in love with it right away. I knew he would do the same with any Honda. Kurt Gonzalez has been like family ever since I first got my car. I told him what we wanted and our price range and I was sitting down with Jeremy discussing a loan application within 5 minutes! I test-drove the 2014 Honda-CRV LX and fell in love with it immediately, as did my fiance later that night! Both Jeremy and Eileen did a great job of showing us the features and how to operate everything. Even though, they were already technically closed when we were doing paperwork, Eileen and everyone else that helped complete the process, were very patient and treated us like it was still business hours. We weren't rushed or anything. Valley Honda is the very definition of outstanding customer service. Even though we live in Rockford, it is very well worth the drive to have our cars serviced there. The facility is top of the line and the employees couldn't be more friendly or helpful! I would recommend Valley Honda to everyone. More

We were going to stop at another dealership first, but never did because we had such great initial customer service from our salesman, Randall Rosen, over the phone. My husband spoke with him and said "I like the sound of this guy. Let's go to Valley Honda." Randall made a great first impression right away. We were comfortable the entire time and he treated us and our kids well. We had to be out in a hurry and he helped make that possible, as well as the other staff who processed the paperwork. They really cared when they could have actually left us to wait through it all once we were hooked. Everyone hustled and we really appreciated all they did for us. Randall was top notch. We couldn't have asked for a better person to sell us our car. We actually really liked him. It felt as though we already knew each other and we will make a point to say hi next time we are up that way if we should need any service. The dealership as a whole seemed like a reliable place to bring our car. I feel like we will probably take the drive from Orland Park because we had such a great experience . We can't say the same for other dealerships we tried that weekend before Valley Honda. We are also first time Honda buyers and very pleased with our Odyssey. Everyone there was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I called, the salesman Jonathan was able to answer all of my questions and find a couple cars that fit my needs. I could tell he had my best interest in mind just by the way he so "down-to-earthly" spoke with me. I originally was looking to buy a used car, but then I found out about their leasing deals and was instantly swayed into a lease. Which ended up being a very favorable decision because the 2014 CR-V is an awesome car. I know for sure that I wouldn't have gotten to deal with as nice as people at Valley Honda at any other dealership. This dealership has always provided outstanding customer service and they lived up to that reputation in my most recent car purchase experience as well. I bought a certified, used Honda for my daughter and Alan Marcial and Kurt Gonzalez who handled my final purchase as well as Jim Hanahan whom I'd initially met with made the whole experience a very pleasant and pleasurable one. There was no pressure at all, the features and options on the various vehicles were clearly described, very friendly atmosphere and the hot chocolate was great! Price negotiation was handled in a very courteous and professional manner as well. All in all, a great experience - highly recommend this dealership! More
