I recently purchased a new vehicle at Valley Honda in Aurora. I put it off as long as possible, not wanting to go through the exhausting haggle process. She met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting. She took me on a test drive and through your state-of-the-art facility, all the while pointing out all the important features of the vehicle. She’s very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. She was quick and efficient – I was out the door with my new vehicle in less than two hours! She made sure I was set up and synced with all the new technology, patient the entire time – even though I kept her well past closing time. Such a welcome change from the old days of buying cars!! I fully intend to purchase my next vehicles from Valley, as I have always received superior service, whether it was from the sales staff or service staff.
