Great Experience I was planning to buy a car but didn't know what I wanted. My friends and I stopped into Valley Honda just to look. We said that I was just looking as we were going into the showroom. He gave me his card and came into the showroom with us. We started looking at the cars and Brian would appear just when we had a question but then would step back and let us look. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to test drive a CRV and an Accord. It was a tough decision as both are great cars. Based on the test drive, I decided to but the accord that day. Then came the pricing discussion which is the absolute worst part about buying a new car. I worked with both Brian and Kevin Frank. They made this process much more positive than any car purchase I have ever made. The entire transaction did not take as much time as I thought it would. While the car was being detailed and the Stephanie in the business office was finishing the paperwork. Brian and Kevin made sure we were comfortable. Stephanie was unbelievably quick but thorough and very appreciative of my business. When the car was ready, Brian went over everything with me and Kevin came back to say thank you again. It was also great to see the pride that the detail team took in prepping the car. They made sure that everything was satisfactory and thanked me for my business. The Honda Odyssey is an awesome minivan (I test drove and researched many, many minivans before getting it) and Joe helps point out the features that matter most for your needs. We will definitely be coming back a third time. More
