One of a kind dealership - Fantastic Buying Experience We were looking to take a test drive of the Honda Civic when we were greeted by a warm and friendly Roy Gomez. After a brief discussion of what we we We were looking to take a test drive of the Honda Civic when we were greeted by a warm and friendly Roy Gomez. After a brief discussion of what we were looking for, Mr. Gomez made a few suggestions and recommended a test drive of the Civic EX. He understood that we were still in the "search" mode, but his eagerness to help education us never waned. We took a very casual test drive, while Mr. Gomez explained the many features. Upon our return from our test drive, Mr. Gomez took us thru the various areas of their business explaining the numerous services. We returned to his office and expressed our interest in the Civic. Mr. Gomez continued to answer our questions not once putting an offer sheet in front of us. We were very impressed with the low/no pressure sales approach. Long story short, we drove home in our new Honda Civic EX-L a day after it was delivered. I endorse Mr. Gomez as an extraordinary salesman. I have never written an endorsement for a auto salesman before, but I felt he was more than deserving of our business. I would buy another vehicle from Mr. Gomez and Valley Honda when the time comes! It was the superb customer service that has won me over to Honda. You feel the difference the moment you walk into the Valley Honda dealership. The sales people were very friendly and courteous without a slightest hint of intimidation. I've never enjoyed the car buying experience as I did at Valley Honda. The sales people that we worked with Nikki Anderson and Cheryl Butler were both very friendly, professional, courteous and patient. Even during price negotiations they didn't make us feel under pressure or intimidated, in fact it was very relaxed and smooth transaction. I was so happy with the experience that I decided to buy my second car after 2 days. I am now a proud owner of Honda Odyssey and Honda Accord.
