I shopped around on the internet for several weeks and when I thought I had found my best price I was prepared to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord from another dealer. I had been corresponding with Nick Poole by email & he contacted me with an OTD price that was $682.00 less than the lowest price I had previously found at another dealer. I went to the dealership on a very busy Saturday before xmas and he was courteous, friendly, respectful and efficient. The whole process with Valley Honda was professional and all business, no hidden surprises. On the day I picked the car up it was washed and prepped, Nick walked me thru the technical set ups on the car and spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. At one point he offered to have the car delivered to me if I could not find a ride to pick the car up, even though I lived pretty far away. He gave me 2 follow up calls within a couple of weeks. The finance process was also professional, no surprises, and quick.The dealership was clean and offers some very convenient services too. I would recommend him & Valley Honda to anyone. More

He was able to offer his professional input as well as express his personal feelings for the product (which I appreciated for his honesty). I never felt like I was being played or ripped off. Nick was able to offer me a good price that I was happy with. They were also helpful with the extra accessories and helped explain their value. Thanks for all of your help! More

What an impressive dealership! I was taken back by the state-of-art facilities and vastness of the whole shop. Allan took me on a tour and the service/detail area looked like Santa's workshop with everyo state-of-art facilities and vastness of the whole shop. Drove an hour to look at a car Allan had quoted over the internet. He was very honest in the description and helpful on the test drive. Negotiations didn't get completed that day but Allan continued to work on the deal and called me the next morning to say he was able to get my offer approved. I went right over and purchased the car and when I got there, they were detailing it again!! Will be back for my next car there too! Gave the dealership kudos for not lying about the vehicle just to get me up there to look at it and there was no pressure to buy. More
My experience at Valley Honda was incredible. I read some of the reviews before traveling the hour and fifteen minute drive from my home, and it was totally worth it. A few days prior I had test driven a veh of the reviews before traveling the hour and fifteen minute drive from my home, and it was totally worth it. A few days prior I had test driven a vehicle at another dealership and had been pressed in everyway possible to purchase a car I wasn't sure I even liked. That was their mistake, pressing me to do something I was unsure of. However, Allan was nothing like that. He was extremely hands off and helpful without making you feel bad. I had every intention of being a jerk to his guy (given my recent car dealer experience) as a defense, but the opposite happened. Allan's open friendliness put me at ease. And the facilities at Valley Honda are incredible. I've never seen such a well equipped dealership. I plan on visiting them to service my Accord, even with such a long drive. The only downside to my visit was at the end when I took my vehicle to leave they only filled up my car with a little over a quarter tank of gas. Allan informed me that this was because it was used. I was disappointed by this because the last used car I bought was from a luxury dealer and they filled it up all the way. In a time when gas is through the roof I think this is important. Nevertheless this was a wonderful experience and the value and freidndless left me with a feeling of success as I drove away. UPDATE: Barely two hours after writing this review I received a call from Valley Honda apologizing for not making me 100% satisfied. They had a fuel compensation check sent to me right away. This is something I asked for but they want above and beyond to make me happy, even after I had left the dealership. I am so pleased and impressed that they not only pay attention to their reviews and take them seriously, but they also reach out to you after you've left. Many dealers would lock the door behind you. Thanks to all at Valley Honda for making my car buying experience 100% great! More

I was recently in the market to buy either a new Civic or Corolla. The two cars have very similar reviews and since I couldn't make a decision, I thought I would purchase the car with the lowest price. Lik Corolla. Like most people who purchase new cars, I was able to do all of my negotiating online or on the telephone. I worked with Jeremy from Valley Honda. He gave me his very best price the first time. Just to make sure, I contacted many other Honda and Toyota dealers in the area, and they all thought the price was too low to be true. No one would consider matching the price. I made no further counter offers with Jeremy as I was convinced I was getting the best deal that I could. When I actually arrived at Valley Honda to purchase my new Civic, there was no bait and switch. Buying my new Civic couldn't have been easier. Jeremy was great to work with. He is not the stereotypical sleazy car salesman. He is just an honest family man with a strong work ethic. By the way, now is a very good time to buy a 2013 Civic. The new car I bought was nearly the same price as a 2 year old Civic on the used car lot, and my car has blue tooth and a back up camera which came as standard features. More
