Everyone at Valley Honda was very nice, the owner also brought a comfortable chair for me at the room where I was going to feed the little one. Customer service definitely exceeded my expectations, we could not had been treated any better. Overall experience was so positive, we are already thinking of our next Honda purchase, and having Roy as our sales rep without a doubt. Price wise we believe we were given a very fair price, better than what blue book valued the vehicle for. Their financing team searched for the best rate for our budget, and we were pleased with what they could find for us (I didn't think we were going to receive such a good interest rate.) And lastly, I was impressed by the clean shop!!! and appreciated it that everyone was wearing white shirts :) It made the whole experience feel very professional. More

I got to say the best part of the whole experience was our salesmen Jeremy Andrews. I can't thank him enough for making this the absolute best car buying experience I've every had. We come in around 12:30pm and even though I think we interrupted his lunch he bent over backwards to answer every question and accommodate us. He made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the process. We finished up about 5:30pm and he made it seem like a breeze.
