New Accord! We worked with Jonathan and he was great. We took several test drives that evening as we were deciding between a Civic and an Accord. Bill was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our experience was great. Case in point, we needed running boards installed the day of our purchase. Although we were originally told we would have to make an appointment to return a few days later (very inconvenient given the distance we drove) Bill worked with the service department to make certain our request was honored. That was an incredible gesture of how much Bill respects his customers and was willing to accommodate our schedule. We are a "Honda family" and are loyal to the brand because of the quality of their vehicles. Though we have two Honda dealers closer to our home, we make the drive and have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Valley Honda because of their superior customer service, competitive finance department, and overall impressive organization. Seriously, as a mom to a little one, can just give a shout out about the cleanliness of the showroom space, waiting areas, and bathrooms? Also the complimentary beverages in the super comfy waiting area is a pleasant perk.
