Excellent Service and Suprior Product I'm a repeat customer of Valley Honda and there is a very good reason why. First time was back in 2007. I didn't feel any pressure when I walked in on I'm a repeat customer of Valley Honda and there is a very good reason why. First time was back in 2007. I didn't feel any pressure when I walked in only polite friendly greetings. When I finally saw what I was interested I was imediately helped. In the end we purchased a used 2004 Accord coupe for a great price. So now 2014 I was in the market for a new car. I live and work in Chicago but I drove out of my way to Valley Honda with high hopes I would fine what I wanted at a good price. When I arrived I was greeted by Andrew Becker. Andrew was very knowledgable of the new makes and models and it didn't take long for him to figure out what I was looking for in a new car. In the end I picked out a 2014 Accord EXL in the exact color and trim level I wanted. The price was perfect and I never felt pressured to purchase any extras. After the money transaction Andrew guided me through basic navigation and phone operation and the other nice feature so when I drove off the lot I felt comfortable with my new car. Andrew contacted me days later to make sure I was happy with the new car and if I had any questions.
