2nd Car Purchase at Valley Honda! I purchased a Honda CR-V last year at Valley, and had such a great experience that I knew my next car purchase would be with them as well. I went in yesterday and was greeted by Joe Barselona. He was amazing to work with, made me feel comfortable the entire time, and never once made me feel pressured or obligated. After we had decided on a particular car (a Pilot) I met with Jab to discuss financing - once again a great experience. Worked with me to truly get the best price (and I had done tons I research before walking in the door). Very happy once again, and I will not buy a car anywhere else! More

Valley Honda is the real deal - Great service from the start A close friend of mine bought his Honda from Valley a few months earlier and insisted that I give them a try when it came time for me to purchase a ne A close friend of mine bought his Honda from Valley a few months earlier and insisted that I give them a try when it came time for me to purchase a new car (I knew I wanted a Honda Civic). With Valley being a bit further than I wanted to travel, I was intent on buying from one of the two dealers closer to me. An uncle from my wife's family would also tell me to give Valley a try and that the owner, Bob, is a great guy and that I will be serviced well there. A co-worker also insisted I give Valley a shot. After having a few issues with the two local Honda dealers near me, I decided to give Valley a call. Having received online quotes from all the Honda dealers through Chicago's south suburbs, I had an email from Roy Gomez of Valley, so I gave him a call. From the start, Roy and the Valley staff was exceptional, and even though the car I wanted was harder to find, they assured me that they would find one and they did have one, eight days later. By the way, I never named dropped my wife's uncle... I walked in and simply said "I know a few people who know Bob, and they insist I will be taken care of at Valley." The day I arrived to pickup the car and finish the remaining paperwork, Roy was tied up so Allan Marcial finished the rest of the process. Allan was pleasant and very helpful upon getting familiar with the car for the first time. Also, my dealing with Rose from financing was fairly pleasant -- as pleasant as that process is going to be. Rose was great though. I drove off from Valley with my new black Honda Civic coupe as a very satisfied customer, and would be happy to begin my next Honda search at Valley, whenever that time may come. More
