We love our Telluride but we will never buy another Kia due to this dealer. They were quick to take our money but when we paid the loan off early and were due a Gap refund they not only will not help us, b due to this dealer. I have had several calls into Fauric and Marisol and they either never check their voicemail or just don't care about the customers. This has been an ongoing issue since early April and a manager Victor assured me a person named I believe Bruce would contact me yesterday and guess what, it never happened. This is not an employee issue, this is a culture issue and it gives a great product like Kia a bad name. More
