I have been with this dealer for 8 years and have two cars and take them to this dealer for maintenance and repairs. I consider myself a fair customer and rate each experience appropriately. I have even rated 5 stars when I felt it deserved it. My long time service advise Allen is no longer with this dealer. Up to today I have been relatively please, however I encountered the WROST service in the past 8 years. I still have service done and declined some recommend items. Trust is everything when the dealer is telling you what needs to be fixed or what is ok. Today the dealer STRAIGHT our lied about was as ok on my car and marked it on my inspection report. I spoke to the service adviser and called him out on the item marked that it was ok can clearly the tech did not do it as the service advise agreed. I then questions other items of the report and he provided a reply which did not make sense. I am very disappointed with this dealer today and they have lost my trust they have eared over the last 8 years. More
