It took 8 days to get my car fixed and it was their fault that there was a need to get it fixed. They left the lid off of my coolant reservoir and as a result my car overheated. I had an 8:00am appointment a that there was a need to get it fixed. They left the lid off of my coolant reservoir and as a result my car overheated. I had an 8:00am appointment after 3 hours they came to me and said that it would be another half hour. After an they came and told me that they would need to keep it overnight. At this point the only thing that they did right was get me a ride home. The next day I called they said that they would need to order some parts but they would not be in until Tuesday. This was Friday. Because they had to order parts. They told me that the company doesn’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday. They said that the company also doesn’t deliver on Monday’s. Which sounded kinda strange. So, the earliest my car would be ready is Tuesday. So, I called at the end of the day on Tuesday, and was told that they were waiting on one more part. So, on Wednesday at the end of the day I called and was told that when they went to check with the technician. She came back and said he wasn’t in his bay and as soon as he was she would call me back. 2 hours later I had no call back. So, I went down to the dealership and went inside and there was a girl texting on her phone and we had to wait to be acknowledged until she was done texting. But, there was another service agent Reeco Williams who was excellent and found out about our car and assured us that it would be done between 5:00-5:30. He kept us updated while we waited. The only reason I will go back there is because of Reeco. I will not deal with anyone else. And if you go there for service do yourself a favor and only deal with him. He is the only one who seems to truly care about his customers Also, they did not offer a loaner car or any option to use as transportation. the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Reeco. Thank you Reeco. Management do yourselves a favor and hire more like Reeco and replace the others, they are not an asset to your business. More
