The vehicle I just purchase has some serious issues, probably transmission. No one in top mgmt has stepped forward to let me know they will truly stand behind their product in assuring I will get what I probably transmission. No one in top mgmt has stepped forward to let me know they will truly stand behind their product in assuring I will get what I pay for, a $40,000 vehicle... not a lemon. I have made numerous trips to get it right and would like to speak with owner as I was assured at purchase they are a reputable family owned company who conducts business on good morale principles. Alex in the service center was very helpful. It appeared he could not find my online booking for an oil change, but he got me in anyway. The oil change was done quicker than Alex estimated. The cashier in the service center was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I did request my car be run through the car wash and I’m not sure that it was. If it was, it’s not a very good car wash because the windshield didn’t even get totally clean. Also, though I was able to still get in, this would be the second time I made an appointment online and they did not have me on the schedule. More
