Always Great Customer Service I dropped of my Acadia and let them know that I was having a problem with the AC. They found the issue. Jim in the service department did some leg wor I dropped of my Acadia and let them know that I was having a problem with the AC. They found the issue. I bought a car verses being sold a car I talked with Pete Rustad telling him what I was looking for, a few days later he called me and said he had found a car to look at. After looking it I talked with Pete Rustad telling him what I was looking for, a few days later he called me and said he had found a car to look at. After looking it over and taking a long test drive I decided it was the right car for me, Pete was there to answer all my questions and got me a better deal then I would have on my own! Now that I had the numbers I got cold feet and said I needed to sleep on it, Pete said he understood it was a big decision and put no pressure on me. I was happy not to get any sales job like: That price is only good for today, or “the car will probably be gone if you wait” The next day I took it for another drive and made the purchase, still no pressure, it felt so good to buy a nice car verses being sold a nice car, I had no second thoughts or sense of buyers remorse due to the way Pete worked with me. I would trust Pete with any of my family and friends to get them into whatever they are looking for knowing they too will walk away feeling they bought their car and were not sold on a car 👍 More

See below. The second time I came in went well. I was just disappointed in the tire pricing. The day before I went out of my way to go in and have the tire chec The second time I came in went well. I was just disappointed in the tire pricing. The day before I went out of my way to go in and have the tire checked as my system said the right rear tire was low. I wanted it checked then and there but the young fellow that waited on me said we'll just put air in and if it loses air again bring it in. Of course the next morning it had lost air again. Both days I needed to see my husband in a nursing home. The day it was fixed I ha a long wait but at least it was diagnosed and the new tire was obtained. During this time I received a ride home and was picked up later, that worked out quite well. My service guy handled the situation in a pleasant way. Basically I have no complaints usually, I like the service at Valley. More
