While I typically have positive experiences with Heather and your team, I encountered a few issues during my last appointment. Firstly, I specifically requested that the tire pressure be checked. Heather assured me that this was a standard procedure, however, I subsequently had to stop and adjust the tire pressure myself. Secondly, I was informed that a tire rotation would be performed. While I was charged for this service, it was not completed. I appreciate that the supervisor promptly resolved this issue and was very professional and friendly in doing so. Techs don’t look over the vehicle like they should. Brake light was out and they replaced the bulb. I drove off and the brake light was still out. Went back and they said the wiring harness is corroded Brake light was out and they replaced the bulb. I drove off and the brake light was still out. They checked my air filter and they did not put some of the screws back in. Bad service and can’t be trusted More
