The service department advisors are great but the techs working on your vehicle are hit or miss. Last time i had my truck serviced they overfilled my DEF and left the mess (which if you ever spilled DEF yo working on your vehicle are hit or miss. My service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Also the use of a loaner car was made easy and the vehicle was in quality condition. My only disappointment is that the cost of $1867 was manner. Also the use of a loaner car was made easy and the vehicle was in quality condition.
