The service advisor couldn’t find me on the appointment list so ended up with him. I would avoid him going back. I wasn’t pleased that the work hours wasn’t on time he invoice and was given a long story list so ended up with him. I would avoid him going back. I wasn’t pleased that the work hours wasn’t on time he invoice and was given a long story if why Valley doesn’t do that but rather bills book hours.
