Service was wonderful. Was ready in the morning after dropping the car off the day before. I am still waiting for a part to arrive in from back order since August 1st 2024 Was ready in the morning after dropping the car off the day before. Hood was scratched on my vehicle. Found my own parts when the dealership couldn’t find it There was little or no effort by the parts department or the service manager. Car was not cleaned and was extremely dirty so I didn’t notice the scrape on the hood. I’m guessing he’s gonna tell me to hit the road. Randy needs to retire. Get a new job. I’ve been in the dealership business for well over 30 years and have never been treated like this guy treats people. Had my car over 3 weeks ago. If I wouldn’t have found the part, the guy in front of me has been waiting two months. This review would’ve been even more intense if I had to wait two months absolutely ridiculous Dealership did not offer any rental opportunities as I said, The car was dirty. My hood is scratched. The carpet was dirty. They didn’t use a protector for the foot area as they usually do will not be visiting this particular dealership ever again. More

Everything was fine, I had a 25 dollar off coupon and that's the Reason I went there , But the 1 hr and 40 mns to do an Oil Change that stinks!! But they realized and Apologized !!
