Mike and Gregg lined up the deal and it was exactly as I was expecting. As previously arranged I arrived at the dealer at 9am after working out the deal the night before. Mike went well beyond our expectations -- first, my wife was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulf was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulfill. Then Mike found a match to find out my wife wanted another color ... well, Mike found it, with more features, a top-of-the-line X5 ... at the same price as the first X5 he found. So not only he found the right car but gave us an amazing deal. Next time we need a new vehicle, we are definitively going back with Mike. More
