Hamid Osati was the most helpful, efficient, and productive salesman I have ever met. He went so out of the typical and ordinary and I could not appreciate it more. Mike went well beyond our expectations -- first, my wife was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulf was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulfill. Then Mike found a match to find out my wife wanted another color ... well, Mike found it, with more features, a top-of-the-line X5 ... at the same price as the first X5 he found.
