I have purchased my fair share of new vehicles and after all these years, including recently Mercedes Benz dealer, the experience has always be a lot less than pleasant, delays, lies, pushy, ,mystery fees, all these years, including recently Mercedes Benz dealer, the experience has always be a lot less than pleasant, delays, lies, pushy, ,mystery fees, very long hours of wait etc. I have to say that Valencia BMW changed that dramatically, everybody was professional, courteous, and friendly, no pushing the car they want to sell, but giving you the options available on what you want, and in case they didn’t have it they get it from somewhere in a day. Willie Dalgan was OUSTANDING, from day one, through car choices to extras, discounts, and all the paperwork. So much so, that I went to buy one car and ended buying TWO brand new ones, not old lot trades-ins. Willie answered all my questions and if there was anything he was not sure of, he went immediately and found out without hesitation, something that never happened before to me with a car salesman. When Willie Dalgan is with you, HE IS WITH YOU, no walking away to see other clients, no disappearing act, not even answer the phone, nothing. Sammy Kobeissi finance manager, is a great guy answers all your question with a smile does not push you in to odd service contracts or extended plans, and only advises you if you want it, not automatically added. He works the numbers so you can fit it in your budget, and Willie is right there to help you get everything going. After all was said in done I did not spend more than 15 minutes in the financial office and off I was with my new 550i on a Saturday. If you are in the market for a new or used car, DO NOT miss the experience of going to Valencia BMW and meeting Willie Dalgan, you will not be sorry, and probably drive off in a brand spanking new BMW of your choice. The overall experience was pleasant. I was happy with the car that I purchased for the price. However, I did have one issue with "Buck". He was always very friendly and personable. But, I specifically asked him before test driving the 2013 328i if anything was going to break down on the car in 20k miles. My last car was a Lexus IS 250. I found out after I leased it that it is common for the inner tire tread to go bad after 20k miles and I was not told that during the "courting" phase. So with this car, I wanted to know ahead of time if that was going to happen again. I explained my previous Lexus experience to Buck and asked if that was going to happen on this car. He blatantly told me no. He said there was nothing that I was going to have to replace or pay for unless I blew out a tire. But later on, after agreeing upon a price, we met with the financial guy. He told us that the tires on the car are expensive and they usually wear out and need to be replaced after 25k miles or so. He said this was the responsibility of the buyer and pushed us to get a tire protection plan. I was thoroughly annoyed at this since I specifically asked Buck if this was going to happen and he lied and said no. This was the main issue with my experience here. More

I recently purchased a 3 series convertable from Willie Delgan. I was very pleased with his knowledge and service when picking out a new car. I was planning to lease a new BMW X5 x35i, so I started visiting different BMW dealerships. Something that disappointed me about most of them was the difference between their numbers and what BMW advertise visiting different BMW dealerships. Most of them tried to convince me that I better switch to a X3, and some of them were insisting that it's impossible to get a new X5 with my numbers. I was very close to finish a deal on a X3 that I checked Valencia BMW inventory of X5s and I found a couple of x35i s on their inventory so I called them and I was warmly answered by Willie Dalgan who promised me that I can get what I want with MY numbers. I drove almost 70 miles to Valencia BMW the same day , Willie showed me the car very professionally so after test driving it I was 100% sure that this is my next car. After that there was absolutely NO hassle or delay in handling the paperwork and closing the deal. Every body in their sales and financing staff is highly professional and very friendly to customers. Specially Willie Dalgan showed me a new standard of customer service and salesmanship. For my next BMW I have no doubt about where to go: BMW of Valencia. I was so happy that i met Willie Dalgan. If you visit the dealership, i highly recommend working with him. He is the person and reason why I bought my New BMW 550 GT from them. i visited their place on Sunday to appraise my 2006 Audi A6, and he took care of it, and gave me the fair price with i was planning to sell myself. in the terms of the new car, i had some challenges with my credit at that day (since it was Sunday, and Banks were closed), and he promised me to work on it the Next day, even it was his day-off at that day. And on monday he was calling and exchanging information back and forth, HE MADE THE DEAL HAPPENED. I was sooo happy that he managed and was so organized, exchanging all information, communicating with me and got me the car. The price we have negotiated for my new BMW was below price of any other dealers i have researched in Los Angeles and in radius of 50 miles. And Finally on monday i went to Dealership, He was waiting for me at the 8:00pm when i got there, and by the time i arrived, he had prepared all the paperwork in finance dept (all papers were ready), the car was washed, filled, and was just waiting for me, to put the signatures, and put my stuff to car, and i was done. I have never experiences such a approach from other as Willie has done. Thank you so much Willie. I Know where to go to get my next BMW, and most important, I know whom to call first. I suggest to all others, on the market looking for BMW, call them, and ask for Willie Dalgan. More
Bought an extended warranty for the car. It cost me $2,000 and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. According to the financial dept representative if I decided to cancel within 30 days there will $2,000 and I was told that I could cancel at anytime. According to the financial dept representative if I decided to cancel within 30 days there will be no penalty fee's and they would take care of the cancellation right away. After speaking with my wife we decided not to continue with the warranty. I went back to the dealership 3 days after the purchase and requested the cancellation. This morning I received a statement from BMW Financial Services describing the total of payments and for my surprise it states that I still owe the additional $2,000 for the extended warranty, even after I've cancelled. I called the Dealership and they told me that it would take approximately 8 weeks to solve the problem because that is how long it takes to "process". I just wanted to bring this to your attention because it took them 5 minutes to add that amount to my contract and now it's going to take 2 months to remove it from my payments. It doesn't sound right to me. If that is correct it means that I'll have to pay interest on top of this amount for as long as it take for them to process the cancellation. I just want to make sure that the warranty policy is going to be cancelled and the information is sent to BMW Financial Services. I of today they have not received any information yet. It's been 11 days since I cancelled the policy and the Financial Service hasn't received the information regarding the cancellation. I called them this morning and was told that this information does not show in their system. I also want to thank Mr. Willie Dalgan for assisting me with the purchase. Good customer service.
