After a few hours with finance a contract was generated and signed by the dealer and my self Ali Maaz. I have the contract present, and, in my hand, the dealer informed me the car would need to be detailed and would not be ready until the next day. I was offered to take the vehicle on the spot, however I did want to get my brand-new car detailed. I came in to the dealership the next day to pick up my car, the sales rep was very vague and unclear on where the vehicle was. I went to the sales manager, he informed me he needed to revoke a discount, because they were improperly trained, and the discount is not applicable. The dealer voided this contract based on improper training and discounts they applied incorrectly. The dealer informed me there was nothing they could do and asked me to leave the business. I have an executed and signed contract by both parties, the sales manager Ryan and Sales rep Ryan need to be held accountable. More
Nightmare of a lease return Something as simple as a lease return has become a time consuming effort on my part because Valencia BMW did not document the return of my lease and I Something as simple as a lease return has become a time consuming effort on my part because Valencia BMW did not document the return of my lease and I started receiving bills for excess mileage and keeping the vehicle for three weeks over the lease return date. None of which is so. I returned my vehicle one day before my end of lease date, as well as under the mileage lease allowance. I took the time to go into the dealership and one of the sales managers said he would give my paperwork to Polo Lopez who would contact me. He never called, I had to call him and furthermore, he did not correct the problem. I had to call BMW Financial Services and fax the paperwork to them. I have leased many vehicles from BMW as well as Lexus for my company and never experienced such crappy service, from the return to the follow up. Maybe someone can tell me who used the vehicle for 3 weeks after the lease was returned and put almost 800 miles on it. More
Lousy customer service, Technician are clueless I would of gave a zero star if that was an option. After spending $700 for an oil change and my A/C blowing warm air, they didnt fix the problem. Extended Warranty Plans....be very careful with this Dealer Signed an extended 3 Year 36,000 mile contract /warranty plan for my 2008 535i in December 2016 before reaching 100,000 miles, to save on rates and co Signed an extended 3 Year 36,000 mile contract /warranty plan for my 2008 535i in December 2016 before reaching 100,000 miles, to save on rates and cover the care for three more years. Took the care in for service on May 4, 2017....got call from the Finance Dept. (Gary) the next day telling me the Warranty could not be used? Even though I have a signed , done deal contract with them. Find out that someone at Valencia BMW screwed up and never submitted the contract to the extended warranty company they do business with. So now my car is over 100,000 miles and the ONLY "Plan" they now offer is a 30 months or 30,000 miles. They tell me "you only have three options...#1 finance the new plan, #2, pay cash for the new Plan or #3, go away with no extended plan.. Why is this my problem......their Finance Dept. caused all the issues.. Was this a mistake by Valencia BMW, or intentional fraud???? If it quacks like a duck!! More
TERRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off the 2 receptionist working the front desk are not only rude but mildly condescending, their manager probably HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! First off the 2 receptionist working the front desk are not only rude but mildly condescending, their manager probably needs to sit down with them and let them know that they are in the customer service field and they should treat customers their customer accordingly. I got there at my scheduled appointment time 8:30am, the lady in front of me was a walk-in and was helped before I was, the receptionist then lied to my face and said she had been waiting for 2 hours when the reality is that we both arrived at the same time and signed the same sheet. I let it slide because I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Long and short the whole transaction for service was 3 hours because they "didn't have any loaners" but for other customer they had loaners, apparently just not for me. I think the receptionist or director just simply didn't want to issue me a loaner on purpose so they sent me to Enterprise which was another 1hr wait because they only had a range rover evoque (which I would have had to come out of pocket $100p/d) so I had to wait until a car that fit the $35 a day criteria was available. Enterprise suggested that I call BMW to see if they maybe had a loaner come in, so I called and spoke with the service director Andy and he apologized for the inconvenience and promised to call me back within 10 minutes. literally 2 hours later I get a call back from Robert asking what he could help me with. By that time enterprise had put me in a RAM 1500 HEMI which completely sucks because I work in West LA and parking is A NIGHTMARE. This is the second bad experience I've had with Valencia BMW service center, I hate to be that whiny client but for simple routine maintenance and a check up on some electrical issues the car is having I shouldn't have gone through this nightmare. Go buy your BMW somewhere else This is the second time I purchased a BMW from this dealership because they had the car....WRONG REASON. If you are looking to buy a used BMW then go This is the second time I purchased a BMW from this dealership because they had the car....WRONG REASON. If you are looking to buy a used BMW then go to another dealership, check the ratings on this one, they are low for a reason. I bought a used car and it took a month to get the owner's manual, never received the drivers side mat (which the sales manager promised to send), didn't receive both keys, and just had to order my own license plates (for which the DMW says "the dealer has the plates..." I took it in to get serviced at my local BMW dealership today (and I always receive great service ) and I was told I immediately need two rear tires. Again, I specifically asked about the tires, obviously their checklist they give you to show their QC review is worthless. Don't waste your time in Valencia...go to Steve Thomas or Santa Barbara or Rusnak. More

Beware of the wear and tear insurance of the wear and tear insurance. We paid $70 extra per month for it on a lease of a BMW 528i so that we wouldn't have to pay for any damage up to $500 of the wear and tear insurance. We paid $70 extra per month for it on a lease of a BMW 528i so that we wouldn't have to pay for any damage up to $5000 in the end of the lease. We went to return the car last tuesday and we confirmed with valencia BMW that we had the insurance and they said yes, otherwise you would owe $2600. So they told us we were covered and we left. We get a call today a week later saying that we owe them $2600. They then told us that we should have filed the claim before we dropped off the car. We are furious because we paid about that much over three years in extra payments for the lease and now we owe them $2600 on top of that. They could have easily told us this when we dropped off the car. We specifically asked about the insurance but they chose not to tell us. They are crooks. I will NEVER get a BMW again because of them. More
FINAL PRICING WAS NOT THE DEAL AGREED UPON Apparently one of their salesmen Armen failed to communicate with our DEAL. We discussed on a set pricing for the car FOR OUT OF THE DOOR! But guess Apparently one of their salesmen Armen failed to communicate with our DEAL. We discussed on a set pricing for the car FOR OUT OF THE DOOR! But guess what? We ended up getting charged 150 dollars EXTRA because of our city sales tax is higher. Like the deal agreed upon, the extra sales tax are SUPPOSED to be handled within. But not in the final price. I DO NOT CARE IF OUR CITY TAX IS HIGHER OR NOT. A DEAL IS A DEAL. Not like 150 dollars even matters. But this dealership proven itself to be absolute clueless in its management. This review is going to be copy and pasted across all review websites. Not like I even care about 150 dollars. But the moral of this is really really sad. And Armen as a sales person FAILED to communicate a refund with me even though I called/texted in the length of 2 days. It makes it sounds like customers are done with once they have sold the car. Trust lost for this dealership. Beware to check all pricing before you sign anything. Because this dealership APPARENTLY seals documents into envelope before giving it to you! They do not even go over final numbers with you in purchase! Not until you go home, open the envelope to realize some numbers are OFF. So many things went wrong. Just 1/5. It won't be changed. More
