Even their customer service and management doesn’t care to fix their shortcomings and maybe doesn’t even care to do so. Avoid dealing with Polo Lopes who does not respond to messages and is harder to reach than a neurosurgeon. His voicemail plays that he will respond ASAP and that means that he doesn’t respond to calls, texts, emails, voicemails. As a senior manager this is unacceptable. Mitch- also a sales manager- pretended to take ownership of the matter to facilitate resolution, but failed to provide assistance. So there isn’t a person here who is able to resolve basic problems. Avoid this dealer and save yourself the headache! They will lie to you and fail to deliver. More

Although I live several hundred miles away from this dealership, I decided to buy my car there because of Mike's helpfulness and professionalism. I conducted most of my queries to dealerships via email, and Mike was not only the most responsive and helpful of all the dealers I contacted, but he went out of his way to find a car that suited my requirements, even though it was still on the boat coming from Germany! He or his manager Polo Lopez updated me every day as to the status of my car, answered all of my questions, and also had the most competitive price. Although the car took longer than I anticipated to arrive, Mike ensured I had up to the date information. At the dealership, Mike continued to display the same level of service and professionalism in person. I'm very glad that I went out of my way to this dealership, because I had a great experience, far better than when I had visited my local dealerships for a test drive. More

I contacted Valencia BMW and reserved the vehicle. After few days, I was contacted by the sales person that the vehicle is ready for delivery. Upon request for an out the door price (OTD), I received a text message with an image of a purchase order showing a much higher price of $42,481. After contacting the sales person Jim, my call was transferred to someone who introduced himself as 'the sales manager' Sammy. I was told that AutoNation made an error. I had the vehicle reserved for over 3 days and the dealership realized that there is an error only when I asked for the OTD price. The original prices of the vehicle of $39,408 was not changed on the Valencia BMW and AutoNation, Cars.com and etc. websites for another 24 hours. Meanwhile, I was contacted by Jim trying to convince me to consider the new price of $42,481. The dealership didn't disclose the fact that the vehicle sustained a damage reported by CarFax,. Regardless of the damage, the dealership Certified the vehicle as a CPO. The bottom line - I have been a BMW owner since 1997, I have dealt with many BMW dealerships and I have never experience anything like it. I would never consider purchasing a vehicle form Valencia BMW and AutoNation. More
Deceitful Insurance Tactics to Force a Sale On a test drive on the freeway, a random rock struck the windshield, causing a crack. This is a situation where the driver is not at fault--nobody is at fault. Instead of taking ownership as the owner of the vehicle to replace the windshield, Valencia BMW attempted to convince me that I was at fault. Further, they not only tried to have me use my own insurance to replace the windshield, but they also tried to sell me windshield protection for the vehicle. They deceitfully tried to coerce me into paying for the windshield, paying for windshield coverage, and purchasing the vehicle. Needless to say, they lost a sale. More

In the recall letter it said they can have a car for me when I drop it off so I requested one. They told me they would have one if one is available. Wow, that was a surprise. They asked me to make sure I told my service rep when I arrived for the appointment. Set an appointment for my only day off. When I arrive a service rep named Darin rudely came up to me. As a woman, with an accent, he proceeded to treat me like I was second class. He then told me the part was not in that I must be the one who was wrong. He then told me come back next week and walked away. I am very unhappy and will be contacting my attorney. At the very least this person should not be in a customer facing role. BMW here in Valencia has gone down hill and I will be surprised if they do NOT go out of business here soon. More

From start to finish Orson & Gary the GM were so hospitable I thought I was on a reality show, I see some negative feedback and cannot understand for the life of me... If you just went to Gary I cannot imagine him allowing you to leave unhappy, he just wants his guests/clients to be happy. I've also never seen a GM so hands on, he's part of all deals and will do everything he can within reason of course to conclude the deal..... That's hospitality in my opinion. I would recommend HIGHLY. More
Predatory Body Shop Partners The quick summary - I believed I could trust BMW and this trust was passed to the body shop the dealer sent my car for repair. BIG MISTAKE. The shop The quick summary - I believed I could trust BMW and this trust was passed to the body shop the dealer sent my car for repair. BIG MISTAKE. The shop was a delight to work with until my car was determined a total-loss. After discussing with my attorney, I am filing a complaint to the board for several violations including: 1. Charging unauthorized fake or inflated fees (they say I gave authorization on the phone but NO charges were discussed) which my insurance will only pay a very small portion of given they are "just a tactic to get paid since they will not be doing repairs 2. Charging a 'storage fee' for the days BEFORE the car was found to be a total-loss. (They are not a storage yard and charging 'storage' while they are still working on the car isn't legal. 3. Refusing to give an itemized account of charges 4. Charging towing without authorization from me (I wasn't even aware) While everyone at BMW has always been nice to work with, I would go out of my way to avoid a business which passes their customers to such predatory and illegal practices. An accident, especially a serious one, is stressful (at best). When my insurance wanted me to use their body shop I was insistent my brand new X2 went to BMW. In the end, my attorney tells me I would have been better off with the other shop. More

He finds car - no one went to get it. Has diesel fluid all over back of car, wheel, and tire that technician spilled on car. They have to take car back and clean it. Another 20-minutes. Took 1 1/2 hours to pick up car that was ready for pick up. 2nd service call. Air conditioning stopped working. Had an appointment and a loaner car arranged. Go to service station - adviser is chatting with a friend about personal issues at her desk. A man walks in and sees someone immediately but my adviser is still chatting with friends 20-minutes later. I ask person at front desk what is going on here. she asks one of two service advisers sitting at desk having coffee and chatting with each other to help me. He says is will be several minutes as he has some work to do on computer but then continues to enjoy his coffee and chat with other service. I leave after being there 30-minutes and I had an appointment. This place SUCKS. More
