The most worst dealership. This was my second experience. My car had rodent damage (rodents chewed the cables). One of the worst dealerships I have been to. Poor customer service, trying to con customers for services, don’t keep their promises (I was promised a loaner but refused when I got there), bunch of cr customer service, trying to con customers for services, don’t keep their promises (I was promised a loaner but refused when I got there), bunch of crooks and liars. The poorly run management will defend dealership flaws instead of correcting it. I would recommend going to Calabasas BMW. Save yourself trouble and heartaches. More
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Can you imagine test-driving an "Ultimate Driving Machine" and literally breaking down in the middle of an intersection? It happened! I was browsing Can you imagine test-driving an "Ultimate Driving Machine" and literally breaking down in the middle of an intersection? It happened! I was browsing online for a pre-owned BMW and a 2012 328i with 83k miles seemed like a sweet deal. I contacted BMW Valencia and a salesperson named Maryo Metry reached out to me and provided me some very good information about the vehicle. He had been keeping me updated about the car and the additional services (including a fuel pump replacement)that were needed to be performed at their service department. Also, a "rigorous inspection" would be performed by their specially-trained, talented, and experienced service department. Hey, if there's one place on Earth that knows BMWs, it would be the BMW dealerships right?! So I've been waiting patiently until the car was ready on Friday. Mr. Metry greeted me with a handshake and showed his professionalism by answering a phone call from someone. Instead of saying "Hey sorry I need to answer a phone call from a customer real quick!", he simply walked away while I was checking out the vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Metry showed his knowledge on BMW vehicles by not knowing what are some features of the vehicle, e.g."hands-free trunk opening" that was included with comfort access entry; maintenance schedule of the vehicle. I bet any BMW enthusiast who had done some research online or watched some YouTube videos would probably know all the generation names of the BMW iDrive head-units. Here comes the part that I will never forget: test-driving an "Autonation Certified" BMW and breaking down in the middle of an intersection with a police patrol car flashing its lights behind us. A warning message about the fuel system popped up in the infotainment screen when we were waiting for a red light. I asked Mr. Metry what did that mean and he did not provide me with an answer, instead, he simply dismissed the warning message like nothing ever happened. What happened after is the engine went off and could not be started for 15 mins. After the disappoint test drive, Mr. Metry did not apologize for the unpleasant experience. I drove down to Valencia all the way from Santa Barbara, which is an hour and half away. I also made some arrangement in my schedule in order to make this visit happen because Mr. Metry had been keeping me informed that the vehicle was in need of additional services (fuel pump replacement), therefore the vehicle could not be ready until today. This visit took away my entire valuable afternoon and replace it with nothing but disappointment. Additionally, Mr. Metry asked me "how are you going to finance the car?" since I informed him that I'm a student with no full time job. Coming across as a young buyer, I understood where he was coming form. However, the way he look at me when asking me "how are you going to finance the car" felt more like "Can you really afford the car or are you messing with me?". Now I know you dealers make money from customers financing the car but have you ever heard of something called "CASH"?! With that being said, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Metry's time, assistance and of course, the unforgettable cruising in the Ultimate Driving Machine down the road of Valencia! More

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP I went to do a test drive and I had to leave because I didn't like the offer (was $628), 2 days after the manager Chance Corbitt sent me an email sayi I went to do a test drive and I had to leave because I didn't like the offer (was $628), 2 days after the manager Chance Corbitt sent me an email saying that he could do the deal for $550 if i was going that same day. Because I live far, told him that I could go during weekend and he promised to keep the deal until then, but they pushed me to start the credit application. After I did it, hurting my score, they tell me that my score wasn't 750 so the best price was again $635 (even liying about my Credit score). BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT THEY OFFER, DISHONEST DEALERSHIP AND MANAGER. More

After a few email exchanges I made an appointment to visit BMW of Valencia, Jeffry had the car waiting for me in the front. Went test drove the car, reviewed the lease terms, and afterwards I signed the lease agreement and did the paperwork. At all times was Jeffry honest and upfront about everything and made sure I was taken care of. From the moment I arrived to the dealership, to after test driving, doing the paperwork and driving off, everything took barely over 2 hours and overall a very pleasant experience.
