Valencia BMW

My experience at BMW Valencia was great. Mazin did not pressure me at all, was patient with all of my questions (as was the finance person but I cannot remember his name right now) and under Mazin did not pressure me at all, was patient with all of my questions (as was the finance person but I cannot remember his name right now) and understood what my needs were pretty quickly. Needed a mom car, liked the sporty look, was open to pre-owned cars. He showed me a green x6 that I absolutely loved but originally walked away from as I had to come to terms with a car payment after not having one for 2 years haha. Came back a week later and he helped me close it out. He was direct, simple and easygoing. My only complaint would be the wait to talk to finance. But we came at the end of the day and ended up waiting around 5 hours. During this time, the entire staff spent time with my son and even gave him a teddy bear! So sweet. Finance process was clear, he gave great advice and walked me through what my steps would be if I chose different routes. I would def come back. More
