I keep calling every week to see what was missing and they could not even send to the insurance a report of what’s was wrong in the car, what needed to be changed … at the ended I gave up and ask for my car back to try to solve the problem at other place. We all know how frustrating and tedious it can be to purchase a car from a dealership. The pushy salespeople always try to pressure you into making a deal, and sometimes it can be downright offensive. I don't like the situation where an old guy with a big ring repeatedly throws papers with prices at me and asks, "Is this price working for you?" However, my wife discovered a promotion and called to make an appointment. We initially planned to visit just to check out the deals and promotions, with no intention of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. To our delight, Buck, a client advisor, answered the phone and was the one who assisted us. Our experience with Valencia BMW was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, and the people were incredibly kind. Even on our way to the dealership, the manager, YaYa, called us to offer assistance. Buck was so enthusiastic, patient, and kind that he didn't pressure us into making a deal. He made us feel comfortable and at ease. My wife was so impressed with the service that she ended up leasing a new car from him. During the negotiation process, the manager kept checking on us and offering help. I understand that dealerships are not charities and need to make a profit, so I wasn't too concerned about any gray areas in the leasing disclosure. While I've read reviews of others having unpleasant experiences at Valencia BMW, ours was incredibly enjoyable and fruitful. My wife and I both enjoyed the entire process, and I highly recommend Valencia BMW to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. More
