The intake process was great, and communication was ideal. However, the status updates and responsiveness degraded after committing to receive services. This is not my problem, and the dealership needs to assume responsibility and maintain communication, especially when I notified them of an upcoming international trip. It felt more like an upselling experience than fixing the issues intended for the visit. A panel was dismounted, and I requested it to be fixed, but it was not touched and left in the original spot as I dropped off the car, with no mention of it during the repairs. I needed an estimate to repair my dashboard but never received one during the time the car was there. The car was not washed after spending over $2.5K on repairs, although a voucher for a car detailing was provided. I won’t be driving to Valencia from Glendale for a car wash. Overall, I won’t be returning to the Valencia location since my visit was driven by similar issues and shortcomings from Pacific BMW in Glendale. Why drive the extra miles to have a similar experience? The dealership was clean, and the staff was courteous. More
