The finance manager, Robin Pilgreen, was unbelievably rude, uncooperative, and had an attitude that made the entire process unbearable. Instead of being transparent and guiding us through the financing process, Robin’s only goal was to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. We were treated like nothing more than dollar signs, and any attempt to get clear, honest information was met with deflection and condescension. Rather than prioritizing customer service, she was focused on misleading us just to close a deal. A dealership should value its customers, especially those looking to continue their business with them. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that Valencia BMW cares more about profit than integrity. If you're thinking about financing here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Valencia BMW service dept has always been excellent and efficient with their service. Bill Park is the service rep. He quickly greeted me, arrange the loaner car, and have me go on with my day with minimum efficient with their service. Bill Park is the service rep. During the service, he kept me updated on the progress of the service and when my car is ready for a pick up. The dealership is very clean, water and coffee are available, and the environment is very professional and warm. I have visited many BMW dealerships and Valencia BMW is amongst the top. More

I went to the dealership on Saturday, February 1st, around 4-5 p.m., to check out a 2018 BMW M550i I found on their website. From the very beginning, the salesperson who assisted me was rude and dismis around 4-5 p.m., to check out a 2018 BMW M550i I found on their website. From the very beginning, the salesperson who assisted me was rude and dismissive. He looked me up and down with contempt, barely returned my greeting, and seemed eager to get rid of me. When we got to the car, he didn’t even want to unlock it until I had to ask him firmly. Once inside, he watched me with suspicion, as if I were there to steal something rather than buy a car. His attitude was completely disrespectful. I asked if I could take the car for a test drive, and without hesitation, he flatly said “no.” I explained that if I was considering purchasing it, I needed to drive it first. His only response was to ask if I had insurance. I told him no, since I currently don’t own a car and that’s why I’m looking to buy one. Instead of offering any solution, he curtly told me that no one without insurance would be allowed to drive any car at this dealership. I then asked him to check with his manager. He walked around the cars for a few seconds, came back, and simply said, “My manager say no.” Right after, he slammed the car door and stood in front of mine, staring at me with a confrontational attitude, clearly waiting for me to get out. My dad was on the phone with me and could clearly see how aggressively this salesperson treated me. I don’t know if it was because I look Latino or if he was just in a bad mood and took it out on me, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. More
If I could give no stars, I would. I've bought two cars from here and the sales team is fantastic but I have had the WORST experience with their service branch.
