I been customer of Valencia BMW since 2005. So far I had good experience every time I came, until this last time. On June 5 2023 I brought my car in for service and I decided to purchase extend So far I had good experience every time I came, until this last time. On June 5 2023 I brought my car in for service and I decided to purchase extended service plan for $2,000. Upon pick up my vehicle I paid the $2K then on June 6 I noticed it was an additional $2K charge from Valencia BMW. So I "tried" to contact someone to find out I was charge twice for same thing. After 6 phone calls and getting the run around who I needed to talk to, I still have not got my problem solve. As a today June 7 no one have returned my call. I hope it does not come down for me to drive 2hrs round trip to the dealer because I wont be a happy camper ! Very disappointed with Valencia BMW for their customer service, not sure If I go back again. They might just lost a customer. More
