Purchased a car with Valencia BMW less than a month ago, barely a week after the check engine light came on. No people skills, guy acts like he’s paying for the service out of his pocket! He sent me on the way home Friday saying everything checks out fine was just a one time fluke, “we cleared the check engine light” just to have the check engine light come back on in less than 24 hrs, now I have had to make a second trip back take more time, I’m not sure how this advisor has managed to be there this long. I made a deal to buy a certified 2021 430i BMW - all cash. I waited two hours to get to a finance person to do the deal. Two days later I got an alert on the BMW app that said my front tires needed to cash. I waited two hours to get to a finance person to do the deal. So i went to another bmw dealership who checked the wear and they said it was very borderline, but they would have replaced the tires. I called Valencia back and they said come in and they will take a look at it, but according to their inspection the tires were ok. Valencia BMW is about an hour from my home, so I didn't want to waste at least two hours to have them say- the tread is ok. The next day I texted my salesperson, Chris, to ask him when the original warranty was up so I could see when the certificate warranty would begin. No reply. I texted him again a few days later.
