I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience after the sale. The DMV confirmed Valencia BMW is in possession of my registration documents and plates, yet I’ve been driving on expired temporary t after the sale. When I call, I get transferred around—sometimes even to people who don’t work there anymore—and no one follows up or takes responsibility. For such a large dealership, this level of service is unacceptable. Buying the car was easy, but once they had my money, getting basic paperwork completed became nearly impossible. If you value responsiveness and accountability, look elsewhere. More

I didn't have the best experience here. I had a very easy sale ready for any salesman and was assigned a salesman whom I feel didn't take any extra steps to make a customer satisfied includ I had a very easy sale ready for any salesman and was assigned a salesman whom I feel didn't take any extra steps to make a customer satisfied including after sale outreach. I came to dealership for a scheduled appointment and within 20 minutes I agreed to the sale of that car. I was at the dealership for 6+ hours waiting for finance to complete purchase just to be told the bank is now closed and I'll need to handle within 5 days because they let me take the car home anways. Dealing with my salesman and finance was also a terrible experience. Multiple calls, outreach, emails unanswered with a simple "go figure it out" yourself attitude. I expected way more for such a fast/easy sale but as soon as I left that dealership the first time, I was not a priority anymore. I do not recommend this dealership. More
