Val Ward is an exceptional Cadillac dealership. I have been going there for over 20 years. And have never been disappointed in their professionalism and service. Dave McKinney is on top of everything and takes exceptional care of my car. He is always careful to keep me aware of everything I need to know about that was done on my Car. This is my 3rd Escalade and I have been lucky with the Service Department. This part has nothing to do with Service and everything to do with the Body and GM in general..This would be the Body Shop .. I am not as happy with Cadillac itself. The Paint, on the Roof and Hood, failed on a couple years of Escalades. Not just mine. Cadillac never mentioned this issue to the owners. My Warranty expired before I noticed it. This was during really bad damage of Hurricane Irma the Covid Pandemic and the devastation to this area of Hurricane Ian that we are still recovering from. Most of us were busy trying to repair the damage of one hurricane when the second one came through. Knowing this Cadillac charged me almost $2000.00 to repaint and repair something that was an absolute failure on Cadillac/GMs part. They knew this was an issue long before my Warranty ran out and yet they said nothing. I am beyond disappointed with this issue. I have had this car long enough that it's time for a new card. I have so many amazing choices. and my loyalty only goes so far. More
