Val Ward persomnnel were outstanding. My Cadillac was 'dead' in my garage and they came and towed it to the dealersihip. Called today and said the issue was a bad celll in the new battery that they installed and that it had been replaced. They will deliver the car to my driveway since I am in Iowa for the summer. More
