We have waited over a month to get a camera fixed. We keep calling and we are put off. Not happy ! More

Hello Mncrdl, I am very sorry to hear your camera experience has been anything but exceptional, as that was certainly not our intent! Have you been waiting on a part that is on back order by chance? Our Dealership is able to schedule nearly any labor request very quickly due to the number of master technicians we employ, so parts availability is one of the few things that can put off starting an install or repair. Unfortunately your username on this review doesn't give us much to go by in regards to checking status of parts orders or appointment times. Came in on a Sat with black screen on dash. They put me in loaner and car was ready Tues for pickup. Screen is back to working and I’m happy. More
