The Service Department did all it could and then some. We have the car back and every day we don't get the failure notice on the screen we thank everyone AGAIN. The "REDUCED ACCELERATION DRIVE WITH CARE" vehicle message (page 118 of the Owner's Manuel) was a frightening situation. Loss of acceleration with a geared-down speed of 25 MPH is a serious condition that could have resulted in a damaging traffic accident or damage to the vehicle.
