Urse did NOT honor their promises. Customers not important I bought a Brand new Fiat 500L in April of 2015. D.Huey was my salesman. Let me start off by saying he was OUTSTANDING! None of my grief is towards I bought a Brand new Fiat 500L in April of 2015. D.Huey was my salesman. Let me start off by saying he was OUTSTANDING! None of my grief is towards him. So I liked the FIAT, but my big area of concern was their old Fix It Again Tony reputation. First and foremost I stressed this to Huey. He assured me that his management had told him that my FIAT could be serviced at any of their URSE Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. I didn't even want to test drive this vehicle until I had it from URSE management that it would be the case. Once I was assured of this I test drove the vehicle and really liked it. It was a good affordable family hauler. Huey got me in the car and off I went. I noticed a blinking lock light flashing on my dash. I called and Huey told me that was because the car was still in delivery mode and that I could come by anytime and they would fix that. He apologized and said it should have been done before I got the car. I also noticed my car was missing the panel inside to cover the fuses. That took two trips to the dealer before they finally found it and gave it to me. Well a couple of months went past and I decided to drive over to the FIAT dealer to get the blinking light on my dash fixed. I pulled up and the dealership was gone. Closed down. I was shocked but not worried. I figured I would go over to the Dodge dealership "which shares the same parking lot" and get them to fix it. You know since FCA (FIAT Chrysler America) owns Dodge and Chrysler and Jeep now you would think they would service a FIAT. Especially since URSE sold me it. Well guess what, they refused. I started to get angry and called service and they said sorry we no longer have a FIAT studio and we are not longer required to support your vehicle. This was a BRAND NEW car I had bought months before and was SWORN TO that I could get it worked on at any URSE DODGE dealer. I was getting angry so I called the White Hall Urse Dodge dealer and was told nope they cant help me. I researched online and found numbers for URSE management. I called multiple times to speak to one of the URSE brothers them-selves and left them at least 2 voice mails and surprise surprise I never got a call back. So now I have a car that I have to drive an hour and 20 minutes ONE WAY if I ever want to get service. I have a stupid blinking light that drives me nuts especially at night. I have never EVER been duped so bad by a dealer. I am upside down because I traded out of a pretty new smaller car to get something larger to accommodate my new baby that was on the way. Naturally I am upside down. Trade in value SUCKS! It was also made lower by there being no close dealers in my zip code. I have attempted trades, but multiple local dealers want to give me crap for the car and also said they will have a very hard time reselling it. I am just beyond mad. I even went back to them (Urse) to explain my situation. I asked them to PLEASE work with me since they got me stuck in this car after closing the FIAT dealer months after I bought it. I asked them to even put me in a Dart. Something cheap that I can put 2 car seats in. They didnt even try....didnt even want to try. They brought me back offers that were INSANE. That shows me what they think about their customers. When they signed the agreement with FIAT to open the FIAT studio they knew what they were getting into. It's not my fault that URSE canned the dealer because they had to pay for warranty work on the FIATS without being reimbursed. That is not my problem at all, its yours. I also looked at my paperwork from the sale and I paid for a FREAKING rental car for when my car gets serviced. Well that money in URSE's pocket because they got my money for a rental they will NEVER provide me since they will never work on my band new car they sold be and promised they would support. I am NOT usually one to right these kind of reviews. I give people a chance I am cautious with my money. I never make snap decisions. I will however find EVERY dealer site I can and tell my story as well as provide sanitized images of my sales paperwork so that everyone in the Morgantown and surrounding areas can see. I have reached out to a few people who also bought FIATS from them and they have not needed service and were NOT aware their cars would not be able to be worked on by URSE. They are not happy. I am furious and all I wanted was an affordable decent family car that I can get serviced within a decent distance. Thanks URSE for showing your true colors and what matters most to you . We've Never Been Treated This Well at a Auto Dealership!!! First of all, our Product Specialist, Alex Aylsworth, was so knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as so helpful in assisting us in finding us the First of all, our Product Specialist, Alex Aylsworth, was so knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as so helpful in assisting us in finding us the exact Ram Truck that my husband wanted. His manner was polite and friendly. Alex reviewed all of the features of the truck with us, and wanted me to be as knowledgeable about the vehicle as my husband. Once we selected a vehicle, we were introduced to Brandon, the Sales Manager. Again, so friendly and polite, and determined to help us get the right vehicle within our budget. Despite his best efforts, the end price for purchase was slightly above our budget. He understood that we were retired and on a fixed income. At that point, Brandon asked us if we had ever considered leasing. I was seriously interested in it; my husband really wasn't. Brandon made it clear that he wasn't trying to push that on us, but that he felt that he could meet our budget. HE DID!!!!!! We were given an extremely fair trade in value for my husband's 2005 Chevy Suburban. We did a 36 month lease, with the tire and oil change package, and ended up being $16 below our maximum budget. Jacob was the Finance Manager that assisted us as well. He had our paperwork completed in a timely manner, and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. We looked at a similar Ram Truck at another dealership in Uniontown, PA, and although the Product Specialist was very nice and tried to work with us, the Sales Manager increased the monthly payment for the truck by $100 in 2 hours. That's unethical. And that's why we gave Urse a try. We are so happy that we did. Alex even offered to program our cell phones into the blue tooth feature if we are unable to. Prior to our departure, Alex did another walk around of the truck to assure that everything was OK, as well as again asking if we had any questions. We have already recommended this dealership to friends, and will continue to do so. My husband and I are totally satisfied and have just had the best car buying experience that we have EVER had.
