Could Not Have Been More Compassionate. I initially reached out to Jacob from Internet sales and he answered my calls on his own personal time pretty late in the evening. He was extremely helpful in helping me find the car I wanted and making it available when I could see it. Jacob wasn't there the day I purchased the car but I was helped by Jamie and Donnie. The were incredibly forthcoming with all the information I needed as well as staying extremely positive about meeting my finance needs given my situation. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of; in fact just the opposite, I felt as if they went out of their way to make sure I would get the best deal possible. I was also extremely impressed by not only their demeanor but their loyalty to existing customers, as it was made known that once I purchased a vehicle from them it came with some incentives that were very welcoming. In addition, I am going through a difficult life-situation at the moment and I felt that everybody involved was compassionate and took my actual life events into consideration. As a mental health counselor I tend to pride myself on reading people relatively well and these people seem to not just listen but really care. Chad was outstanding in finance and answered every question I had without judgement--he worked his butt off to make sure I got the best rate and deal possible from the best bank. I cannot speak more highly of these staff as a whole; at a difficult time in my life they made something which is usually nerve wracking and difficult very easy, simple, and worry-free. From the Internet to the Sales to the Finance to the Management they are amazing. I have no regrets and I would recommend this team to ANYBODY. Truly a terrific experience. More
