I have always had an amazing relationship with the service department at Uptown Ford. That was until today. Unfortunately my go-to guy there Antwan is now working elsewhere so I dealt with the lady service department at Uptown Ford. That was until today. Unfortunately my go-to guy there Antwan is now working elsewhere so I dealt with the lady at the second desk in the service area. SorryI did and sorry but I didn’t get her name. I have just recently purchased a new Bronco which came without a front license plate bracket. I ordered one on line and although it’s easy to attach, I had a little trouble mounting it to the vehicle myself so I figured I would go to the best place for help. Well, that was a mistake. The lady in service acted like I was asking her for major work on the vehicle and every question I asked was met with a negative response lFor example, ”you know it will cost 30 minutes of labor” as if I was asking for free work. I lost one of the bumper screws in the motor pan protector while trying to do it myself and mentioned I needed another screw and was met with a puzzled look like “I don’t know if we have any”. You’re a Ford dealer and you don’t know if you have a bumper screw used by Ford?? We even had to check with another woman who was apparently the boss for approval of the work. Loosening and tightened two screws that was all that needed to be done. She was the most negative unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in any business and because of her I will never be back to Uptown. Who hired this road block to service. More

My wife was going on a long trip with our Navigator after my return from a trip that put our miles over the recommended oil change. My Lincoln contact, Gio was able to set an appointment on short notice for my return from a trip that put our miles over the recommended oil change. My Lincoln contact, Gio was able to set an appointment on short notice for me for the ever important oil change. Gio has always taken good care of us. Austin took excellent care of me when I arrived for my service appointment. After completing the oil change and inspection, as I suspected, Austin let me know that the tires should be replaced soon. He shared with me printed information on tire choices and consulted with me, making it easy for me to make my decision. The oil change was completed in the time frame both Gio and Austin shared with me. The receptionist also took good care of me. From purchasing my Navigator to the service I have received, Uptown is outstanding. More

Went in for oil change. That didn't not take long. My complaint was when my vehicle was brought to the front it sat there for at least 15 minutes.
