I have had excellent service from Uptown since 2017 — except this last time. The website offered car pickup so I made a reservation. The time came - no pickup. I called an hour later. They said the pickup calendar and the service calendar did not sync with each other. What? How is that possible ? I dropped the car off and the suggested two hour service inconveniently took over six hours. When I got in the car, the audio system was not functioning — not a problem when I dropped the car off. I have scheduled another appointment for this week and am hoping that Uptown will fix the audio system. Like I said, perfect service since 2017 until this incident. More
