While we thankfully managed to negotiate everything remotely (while I was traveling) before I went to pick up the car, I was concerned that I'd spend hours on site and not be back in time to pick up the kids from school. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency (in and our in way less than an hour!) and knowledge of AJ and Greg and learning that both had worked at at University Volvo for years and over two decades confirmed that I was spending my money at a dealership that values and invests in sustainable relationships. Highly recommend University Volvo, they made this part of my wreck recovery easy, efficient and as close to "fun" as it can get! More

Smooth Process Sales staff were excellent and very professional. No gimmicks, hassles or usual car dealer's games. I stop by on a Saturday to test drive. Fix the water leak in the sunroof after Hurricane Matthew Scott, TJ and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful with the roof leak in our sunroof. It sounded like I had a sealed gold fish bowl Scott, TJ and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful with the roof leak in our sunroof. It sounded like I had a sealed gold fish bowl in the back of my car! You techs took out the seats & carpet and did a great job of cleaning out the drainage area from the sunroof. While the repairs were going on, I enjoyed the use of one of your new SUV's for nearly a week.
