Wonderful experience at University Volvo I strolled into University Volvo one day just browsing. I was deciding between a Volvo a few other brands/models. Matt Bertone greeted me and answered I strolled into University Volvo one day just browsing. I was deciding between a Volvo a few other brands/models. Matt Bertone greeted me and answered all of my questions on the Volvo XC 90. I left feeling great about the car but like most consumers, wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for the best price. Matt stayed in touch with me, emailing or texting me back promptly. Ultimately, Matt found me exactly what I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. The finance process was also smooth, as well as trading in my car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I love my new XC 90. Highly recommend to any one who is looking! More

I just had my first service and it was easy, painless and they even took me to work. In years past I have had many dealings with other dealerships and this place by far exceeded my expectations. Anytime I have called with a question about my car, drove in or needed anything they are all so helpful and make you feel like you are a part of their family. I actually had a question about setting something up on my car while I was there and a salesman that I had never met helped me and made me feel as if I was his only customer. BTW....I love my new 2018 Vovo XC90. After driving other cars this one is by far my favorite!! I will be driving this car for years to come. Go check them out! You will NOT be disappointed. More

Johnny Dunbar who handles internet sales did a super job throughout the process from first contact to delivery this past Monday. AJ the finance manager made that part of the process very easy. Highly recommend this dealership and the folks mentioned for out of town/state volvo sales. More

Great Service Department, Sales Department needs improvement University Volvo has a pretty solid service team who are consistently helpful. And I have been pleased with the help Daniel has provided to my family and I with inquiries we have had. He also has sold us a CPO S60 in the past. However I find myself dissapointed every time I go in to the “showroom.” It’s almost as if you do not exist.. the sale reps never engage with you and always seem preoccupied with other business. Numerous times I have seen potential clients come in and in no way shape or form are they greeted until making it known that they are a potential buyer. Disappointing. It’s almost uninspiring. I continue to come for the service and parts departments but in the future I will turn to Volvo of Charlotte or Winston Salem Volvo for the purchase of another Volvo. I must also say that University’s inventory is relatively boring compared to other dealers.. there is such thing as color and options! Lol More

Inconsiderate Dealership I am almost at loss for words with the lack of professionalism this dealership has for their prospective customers. We called about an SUV that was just posted online, made an appointment, drove over 45 minutes just to have the car salesmen let us know that "he just sold it". Now, I understand that business is business, but losing two + potential customers instead of either A: calling or emailing letting us know there is someone interested, B: asking if we want to put a deposit down, or C: at least say they would keep an eye out for the same vehicle, is just inconsiderate. I was even looking at the new Volvo's in the store-- knowing I would be up on my lease this coming February. It's clear that this dealership is all about numbers and not about relationships. More
