This was the first new car I have purchased in about 20 years. Kim Wedge in Durham was my sales rep and she was very informative, knowledgeable, and up front. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer care I received from your dealership on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, NC on my visit Friday, March 12. I mainly interacted with Michael customer care I received from your dealership on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, NC on my visit Friday, March 12. I mainly interacted with Michael Teasley, Sales Consultant and Joe Billingsley, Sales Manager. Both were attentive and extremely helpful. I was interested in a 2018 Kia Sportage. Michael showed me a 2018 Kia. I was drawn to this particular vehicle with all it features. Not that I was looking for all those features, the vehicle was just so nice. Michael was very patient and eager to ensure that I was happy with that particular vehicle. Joe addressed my financing concerns and he also wanted to know how I liked the vehicle. He went above and beyond when I expressed my concern about driving in the dark. He permitted me to leave the vehicle at the dealership that night and pick it up the morning. I have purchased cars from other dealerships before; however, I have never experienced this kind of customer care or follow-up. Would I recommend University Kia? Yes, highly. Sincerely, J.
