WORST new car buying experience ever. Car was on order for over 13 months and when it arrived it lacked a number of the options we had ordered (e.g., rear cargo mat and wheel locks). Neit Car was on order for over 13 months and when it arrived it lacked a number of the options we had ordered (e.g., rear cargo mat and wheel locks). Neither management nor staff know their product. They tried to tell me the plastic cover underneath the motor was the skid plate that was ordered with the vehicle. Also, dealership added an extra $2.2K to the car's price and passed it off for extras they added, which are basically worthless. If we had not waited for 13+ months for this car, I would have asked for my deposit and walked out of the dealership. This was our 2nd Kia. Our first Kia was purchased at Tri-City Kia, Eden, NC and was a far better experience. No plans to return to this dealership. More

I take my car there for service and always great experiences from everyone, I’ve been other places and refuse to return because of the customer service but at University it’s all around great and that’s the main reason when looking at a newer car I stuck with what I like as well as the service, I can’t say enough good about University Kia!!! I ordered a Niro plug in hybrid in September 2023. It was delivered in March 2024. The staff answered all questions openly and fairly. The purchase was handled well.
