I'd like to inform you that your service department is by far the best service i've ever recieved. I took my 2019 Toyota Camry in for a transmission flush, change the drive belt, and asked them to honestly far the best service i've ever recieved. Im a very busy individual so i requested that if at all possible would there be any way i could get my car back asap like the next day. Justin Randow really took his service the extra mile. At 7am i dropped my car off. By 8:30am he called to inform me that my brakes are still good and your car will be ready most likely by noon. Wait what? Thats outstanding! He was 100% honest and made recomendations knowing how much i love my car. He had my car ready by lunch time. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back. Infact i'll be buying my next Toyota from this dealership due to that quality of service. I definitely had an extremely negative experience with Universal Toyota. I've been shopping around for a truck for a while now and one was posted on their website. I reached out the same day the posting was up and arranged to drive down from Austin and take it for a test drive. I left Austin at 5pm and sat in traffic for a couple of hours on 35. When I arrived I asked for the salesman and he went to grab the keys. He came back out of the office and let me know that apparently one of the manager's best friends (his words) had just put a deposit down on the truck 5 minutes before I walked in. I was obviously a bit surprised and mentioned the fact I'd driven down from Austin. He then told me that it's policy for them not to allow a deposit to be put down like that when someone is coming in from out of town to see the same vehicle. I can only conclude that in this case since they knew I was coming down, the manager (Gabe I believe) made the decision that helping out his "best friend" was more important than sticking to policy. To add insult to injury, the offer from the manager to 'make things right' was to pay for my gas. Completely missing the point of where all my frustration is coming from. It was also telling that the manager himself couldn't come out and speak to me and used the salesman as the go between to have to deliver the news he didn't have the courage to deliver himself. I'm sure people have had plenty of good experiences there and I'm happy that's the case. I think I just got on the wrong side of the wrong manager and got screwed in the process. I do think though that it's worth knowing that rules apply sometimes to some people but can be broken when it's easy or convenient to someone in a position of some authority. I'd keep that in mind when choosing whether or not to purchase a vehicle from Universal Toyota. More

I recently bought 2 new vehicles at Universal Toyota and I was very please with the service and all the help I received from my salesperson Mr. Juan Esquivel. Im writing to you as I am unhappy with this experience. -at checkin two people were manning the desk but only one was actually assisting people. The other lady there actively avoided acknowledging anyone—it took the 4th person coming in to finally say “we’ll be with you in a moment.” Luckily one of your techs was actually paying attention and called for assistance -the constant shouting: why are sales people yelling and clapping on the floor when you are trying to push units? I heard one verbatim say “I was talking xxxx on you…just putting it out there” -you have two music systems for some reason. 1 playing normal elevator type music the other had nicki Minaj talking about her crotch; I don’t know why you would do that in a place you are trying to make a deal In any case I want to specifically thank Carlos who checked me in, Matthew Martinez who discussed inventory with me, and Mrs. Uribe at the window—they were very professional and polite and it saved the experience More
