I would like to retract the previous review and change the response to 5 stars and recommend doing business with Universal Toyota! Trevor Browning from Universal Toyota called almost immediately after this post. He did some account research and found we do have a credit due to us, but the checks can not be released until Universal receives the Titles to the vehicles. He has taken this issue and has committed to following these deals to completion. The issue was we did not understand the finance processes and neither did the Employees we worked with, because they thought the same way we did when it came to overpayment on balances. We have been assured by Trevor that as soon as they receive the titles and he has our checks in hand, he will call us to come collect our overpayments.
