Not only did he secure us an incredibly good price, but he also orchestrated the entire process with a level of finesse that left us in awe. Working with David was not just a transaction; it was an experience of seamless excellence. If there were more stars to give, he would undoubtedly eclipse them all. This dealer kept pushing their own financing even after I gave them them the bank info . The salesman told me the vehicle was detailed and there would be a half tank of gas. The vehicle did not have enough gas to make it home . The gas light was on . I notified the dealer, they refused to put any additional gas in the vehicle . Very deceptive . Not an honest dealer . It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they wouldn’t have told me otherwise. Be aware . More

Had me drive an hour with my son and wife, I get there then he took me around the lot, says he is looking if there are any new arrivals! I asked him where is the car we talked about? he calls someone and put him on speaker ACTING like he is asking where the car is, the other person says oh it was just sold! (OBVIOUS EMBARRASSING STAGED PHONE CALL)! Managers didn’t do anything, didn’t honour the price on similar vehicles. Felt like Im dealing with bunch of scammers not a dealership! More
WORST SERVICE IN TEXAS! !! I originally had my truck brought in May 2023 because it wouldn't start. I informed the service Department that I suspected it was the the start !! I originally had my truck brought in May 2023 because it wouldn't start. I informed the service Department that I suspected it was the the starter due to the sounds it made when I tried the ignition and past experience with faulty starters. The service dept insisted it was the battery. I trusted thier evaluation and they replaced the Battery for just over $500.00. Two weeks later the truck again wouldn't start and I had it towed back in. This time the service department said it was the the starter. The starter was replaced for a total of 2400.00. It took over a week to install it I was charged 400.00 for the rental truck I used while they were working. Then on Tuesday Oct. 10 2023 my truck again would not start. I had it towed back in. I didn't receive any word the next day so on Oct 12 I made 4 attempts to contact the service department and left 3 messages without hearing back. I called a 4th time and was inpatiently informed there were 10 vehicles ahead of it and it had not yet been looked at. I inquired about a rental I was informed there were no vehicles available. On October 13 after three attempts to inquire about my truck. At 4:59, I was finally able to speak to someone and was informed that the starter they installed in June was defective. I was told that before they could do anything about it they would need to contact Napa, the manufacturer of the starter, to see if they would take responsibility for the replacement. I was informed I would need to pay for labor a second time. No work would be done on my truck til the following week at the earliest. On October 14th I called 3 times without response on the 4th call I before I was able speak to someone who infomed me that they could cover the labor cost or the rental but not both. I was able to secure at ride to Universal Toyota that afternoon. Upon arrival I was told that they will not rent to me. I enquired as to why and that claimed that the last vehicle I rented came back damaged, this is after the vehicle passed the return inspection. This brings us to Monday. On Monday it seemed to be a game of keepaway. 4 attempts to contact someone with no response and I left messages. This brings us to Tuesday after another 4 attempts and messages still no response. This is now 4 work days with no vehicle. So far it has cost me 1080 dollars in lost wages and counting. $ 500.00 battery 2400.00 starter Readjusted to 1400 400.00 car rental 1080.00 lost wages 2980. TOTAL AND STILL NO TRUCK!! More
