Googled the nearest Nissan and got this location and so glad I did. Was greeted by Will Morris and he gave me all the information I needed. Transmission is damaged in a little over two years Customer service is great, salespersons are great too. However, Nissan is the worse brand if car you can have. They seem to be affordable but in the long run, they are deffective and mal funcioning right after the warranty ends. It happened to me with a 2009 Altima, wich I had spent thousands of dollars in repairs (rack and pinion-$500+, start switch-$970, muffler system, about $1500, but was covered by the recall, and the paint was horrible too! They convinced me to trade it in for a Sentra, and I did once I almost had it paid off because I was tired of wasting money fixing it. The Sentra, which I bought brand new at the end of 2016, the check engine icon turned on right after 51,000 miles, and the warranty is 50 000 miles. The transmission is failing now and it needs to be replaced, with a cost of over $4,000, a sensor that costs almost $900 to repair, and another hundred and something to reprogram. The car is not even 3 years old, and of course, I still owe it! The dealer technician said it is not their fault I did not purchased an extended warranty. And I believe it is disgraceful that I purchased a car that I can't even rely on and that right after the warranty millaged was exceded, all this happens! That being said, I assure you I will never purchase a nissan ever again due to the high degree of dissapointment this company has caused me. And if you want to do yourself a favor, get a Toyota or a car that is reliable, never purchase a Nissan! More

This car dealer is 5 minutes from my house and since I was not given the free service that corresponds under the warranty I had to travel 20 miles to the next Reed Nissan to fulfill the warranty.
