As always I’m so grateful for Paul. I was hearing a lot of noise from my car’s breaks and didn’t feel safe driving it. I called the service department the day before and talked to Paul I was hearing a lot of noise from my car’s breaks and didn’t feel safe driving it. I called the service department the day before and talked to Paul and told him it was urgent that I bring my car in. It was last minute but he sensed the urgency and asked me to bring it in the next morning. I also told him I needed a quick turnaround. He said 2 to 2-1/2 hours. He had my breaks replaced in record time, about an hour. My breaks were fixed. No more noise. So thankful for Paul’s help. More
