I had to let them know twice that I prepaid my service package, and then the cashier said “he said you didn’t tell him” after I’d notified the guy that checked me in. Honestly, it should be in the system, I shouldn’t have to say it twice in the same visit. And the employees shouldn’t argue with a customer about what they think they did or didn’t say, it’s called good customer service. they also wrote my mileage down wrong and then asked why I brought my car in because it didn’t need maintenance. Get it together people. More
