Paul was great - he walked me through my issue with the 12V battery and since it's a hybrid explained some things about the car and how to jump start it that I didn't even know about so I didn't have to ha 12V battery and since it's a hybrid explained some things about the car and how to jump start it that I didn't even know about so I didn't have to have it towed. - Paul has been there for me since I purchased the car over 5 years ago and while luckily I don't need to have my car worked on that often but when I do I really appreciate all that he does.
