When I met the very hard working enthusiastic internet sales representative Tiki Nikogosian I simply advised to her explain why I should purchase the vehicle I was looking at from her and not another dealership. i was able to demonstrate at least three other vehicles I had appointments to look at via my IPad. Upon realizing I was a serious buyer Tike went to work and the bottom line I cancelled my other appoints. She was very pleasant to work with, and I was a satisfied customer driving off in my new car. I brought my 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer in for transmission service after another dealership told me my transmission was broken. The other dealership did nothing to help me get compensation for a new ($9,000) transmission because I went over my warranty by a slim 2,000 miles. That was no problem for this dealership, they helped me 100% of the way. Paul from service helped me with everything. He first diagnosed it and then got ahold of the manufacturer to give me a brand new transmission free of cost. I was so relieved he did everything I could of asked for and more. I will continue my regular service at this dealership only! They care for their customers and let you know that from the minute you walk in the door. More
