I went to about 8 different dealerships, and my experience with Hyundai was definitely the best. They found a great balance between making you feel like they actually care about having your busines experience with Hyundai was definitely the best. I started my search at Holler Hyundai, and they were also a pleasure to deal with. However, I ended up actually buying my car at Universal Hyundai because their inventory was larger and they had exactly what I was looking for. Hugo Ortiz, the internet sales manager at Universal Hyundai, was absolutely fantastic. He is just an all-around cool guy to deal with, and he took the time to really explain everything to me in detail -- from all the features of the car, to the entire sales process from start to finish. He even offered to follow me to drop off my rental car just in case Enterprise wasn't able to bring me back. And when it came time to actually sign the paperwork, the price they gave me was actually the price I paid. Naturally there are some additional dealer fees, processing fees, etc. -- but they all seemed very reasonable. Believe me, there were many dealerships where I felt like they were just giving me the price they thought I would pay and seeing how much they could take advantage of me. I really did not feel that way at Universal Hyundai. So I would highly recommend this dealership, and also suggest that you ask for Hugo : ) More
I feel we got the car we wanted at the best price with all the options we wanted. Even though we knew the color we wanted, you had the color we wanted and mnay more to choose from, with more selections t all the options we wanted. Was sent to this dealership because of their participation in Zag.com pricing structure. Got a firm email quote IN ADVANCE of getting to the showroom - cash deal, no trade. Internet sales rep confirmed the quoted price and my wife inquired about other vehicles with higher options - got an even better price than my research indicated! No hassles from sales, then went to F&I (Finance and Insurance) to close the cash deal. Normal offers of extended warranties, etc were turned down with no pressure. However, I was offered exceptional 0.9% financing based upon my credit score which I accepted (almost free money!). Once each person in the chain knew that I was a serious and knowledgeable buyer, there was nothing but excellent interaction with no problems. I was actually treated like a family member with frank discussions of the business of car sales and suggestions that were designed to help me rather than hokey sales tactics to take me! Go in with the idea of being a prepared consumer and you will reap the benefits! More

Hugo was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating during our driving test and the negotiating process. This dealership lacked the 'snakeoil salesman' feel, which I appreciated. However, I would have liked to drive a harder bargain regarding the vehicle price, but had to stop short, because the Elantra is in such high demand at the moment that further cost lowering attempts on my part would have resulted in a breakdown of the negotiations and somebody else would be calling herself the owner of the red, four-wheeled beauty sitting in our garage today. Unfortunately that's just the luck of the draw if you have your mind set on this particular vehicle at this point in time. More
