Our Sales Representative Tito Mella was great. He went beyond his scope of duties by following us to our home to pick up a form we had forget for the loan as well as a set of keys. I also left a CD in my beyond his scope of duties by following us to our home to pick up a form we had forget for the loan as well as a set of keys. I also left a CD in my trade in vehicle, which I thought would be lost forever. Tito located my trade in and put the CD in the mail. I found a nice 2008 Toyota Corolla on cars.com with a great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. At first I did not beleive them until I saw the customer, she b great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. At first I did not beleive them until I saw the customer, she bought the car and I was offered to look at a 2009 Certified Hyundai Sonata. Hugo did a great job showing me the benefits of a Certifed Hyundai and I am very happy that the Toyota got sold, this car is great, Hyundai has come a long way. Thanks Hugo. More

I was very pleased with my purchase. Pierre was very helpful and patient. I have had two hyundai's and they are a very reliable car so i was happy to come purchase another one. I tried to buy a Sonata for my wife and asked for a price several times on their website only to be receive a generic email back with no price on it! After 3 emails asking for a price on the car that I wante several times on their website only to be receive a generic email back with no price on it! After 3 emails asking for a price on the car that I wanted I finally gave up and went somewhere else. Terrible service. More

Had a great experience with Hugo on getting my new genesis coupe! Definitely recommend going to this dealership and seeing HUGO!
